Hello, How are you? Welcome to my recipe page. I just wanted to share some of the recipes that I consider really amazing from the AirWise Fryer 50 recipe book.

Once you try them I think you will love them. (1 Vegan option modifiable below)

Best Air Fryer Recipe

Pepper Crusted Steak (#1)

  • Ingredients:
  • 2 boneless top sirloin steaks
  • crushed black peppercorns
  • 3 tbsp melted butter
  • coarse sea salt

Directions:

Season steak with black pepper and salt and set it in the fridge for about 15 minutes.

Make sure to line your air fryer basket with perforated parchment paper. Place the steak in the air fryer and air fry this at 350 degrees Fahrenheit for 6 minutes.

Then you can brush the steak with butter (make sure you get both sides). Then air fry the steak for another 2 minutes and Voila! There you have it…

Avocado Fries (#22)

Ingredients:

  • 2 avocados, making sure they are not fully ripe
  • 1 lime
  • salt and pepper
  • 1 egg (or almond milk soaked chia seeds if you are vegan)
  • 1/4 cup flour
  • 1/2 cup panko breadcrumbs

Directions:

Cut the avocados in half longways. Cut into slices and remove the skin. Drizzle with lime juice and then add salt and pepper to the slices.

You can then use 3 bowls, beat eggs (chia seed mixture for vegans) in a bowl, flour in the second bowl and panko in the third. Then coat from bowl 1 to 2 and finally to 3.

Lastly place the avocado slices in the air fryer basket and fry at 400 degrees Fahrenheit for 15 minutes until they are crispy.

Air Fried Bacon Wrapped Shrimp

Bacon Wrapped Shrimp (#12)

Ingredients:

  • 12 deveined and peeled jumbo shrimp
  • juice of 1/2 a lemon
  • 12 thin bacon slices

Directions:

Rinse the shrimp under cold water and then dry them with a towel. Marinate in the lemon juice. Then, make sure to tightly wrap the bacon around the shrimp (begin at the tail end).

Evenly place shrimp at the bottom of the air fryer and air fry at 350 degrees Fahrenheit for 4 minutes. Then flip over those bad boys and cook them for another 3 minutes until the bacon is crispy.
